Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory, with a focus on virtual engagement and collaboration with field teams. The role offers a remote working arrangement within the United States and exposure to pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets.

You will drive opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and deliver value-based solutions that improve productivity and compliance in laboratory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations, customer business reviews, and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve laboratory productivity, compliance, workflow efficiency, and analytical performance.
