Job summary

Yelp is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to connect with small business owners across the US and Canada, primarily via phone from a remote home office. You will educate clients on Yelp advertising solutions, build a pipeline, and work toward achieving monthly quotas in a fast-paced, supportive virtual environment.

The role requires strong communication, high-volume outreach, and a drive to exceed targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma or higher with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree with interest in sales or people-centric field.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Proficient with computers and email; Google Suite familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls.
• Handle a 100% phone-based, fast-paced sales process.
• Manage client pipeline in Salesforce across diverse local businesses.
• Sell advertising to US and Canadian small businesses and exceed quotas.
