Yelp seeks an Inside Sales Representative to educate business owners across the US and Canada on advertising solutions. This 100% phone-based, work-from-home role requires residency in the Central Region and a strong ability to hit monthly quotas.

You'll manage a pipeline in Salesforce, schedule shifts, and enjoy benefits including medical/dental, PTO, wellness programs, 401(k) match and stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or relevant sales exposure.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and daily metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs with business owners over the phone.
• Maintain a pipeline of clients in Salesforce and manage follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas with a proactive, results-driven approach.
