Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. This is a remote role, with residency in the Central Region required.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales/business or people-centric industry.
• No fear of high-volume outbound dials, daily.
• Proficient with Google Suite; access to MacBook; strong computer/email skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs through a high volume of outbound calls to business owners.
• Own and manage a client pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Sell Yelp advertising solutions remotely with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Provide product recommendations to fit client needs and overcome objections.
• Work to exceed monthly quotas and track daily goals.
