Job summary

Yelp is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to educate local business owners about Yelp advertising solutions. This remote role focuses on outbound calls, managing a Salesforce pipeline, and achieving monthly quotas from a home office in the Central U.S.

You’ll work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule in your local time zone. You should have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, be comfortable with high call volume, and proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or similar
• High-volume outbound calling experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Educate business owners on Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls
• Work set local-time schedules and manage a pipeline in Salesforce
• Sell advertising solutions remotely from home to local businesses across the US and Canada
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Track daily goals and stay ahead of metrics to drive results
