Responsibilities

• Generate sales and grow existing accounts by determining customer requirements and expectations.
• Use CRM tool (HubSpot) for recording call notes and activities.
• Handle customer concerns or issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve product or service problems and expedite corrective actions with CSRs.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
• Manage time effectively and collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Attend product training as scheduled.
