Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers professionally.
• Comfort with cold calling and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads provided internally by marketing, CS, or sales director.
• Generate sales and organic growth by identifying customer requirements and expectations.
• Record call notes and activities in CRM (HubSpot).
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate on special projects and meet sales goals.
• Attend product trainings and stay informed on CRC Distribution offerings.
