Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an Aftermarket MRO Sales Engineer for remote or Texas-based operations in the USA. The role drives revenue growth by selling polymer seals, elastomers, engineered plastics, and consumables for MRO applications, interfacing with customers and internal teams to deliver value and compliance.

You will build relationships, manage projects, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure timely quotations and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree, preferably Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or engineering experience.
• Ability to read technical prints and drawings.
• Knowledge of the aerospace market is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO quality requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Trelleborg products within a defined geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive 10%+ year-over-year sales growth and achieve profitability targets.
• Own and manage project pipelines using CRM; monitor wins and losses.
• Conduct 10+ sales visits per month with a mix of new and existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with distributors and end customers to generate opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams on compliant solutions.
