Job summary

RectorSeal, LLC, a CSW Industrials subsidiary, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by engaging electrical contractors and end users, managing accounts, and onboarding new customers.

This remote, US-based role requires a proven sales record, strong CRM/ERP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate quotes and timely order processing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience including inside sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and ERP or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience within the building products, construction, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales activities to generate demand and close business.
• Manage assigned accounts to drive revenue growth, retention, and share of wallet.
• Identify and develop opportunities within inactive and underperforming accounts.
• Deliver accurate pricing, quotations, and order processing in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity records in CRM systems.
• Track performance against established sales targets and KPIs.
• Utilize data to prioritize activity and improve conversion rates.
