Job summary

Honeywell seeks an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, qualify inbound demand, conduct outbound follow-up, and coordinate estimates and proposals for FlexBDA projects.

You’ll support design services, passive components, and related solutions while collaborating with enterprise customers and internal teams. You will report to the Director of Sales, operating on a REMOTE schedule from Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level experience through internships, co-ops, projects, or customer service roles.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and inbound/outbound prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and CRM follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, project-conversion goals, services revenue targets, pipeline, and daily activity targets with accurate forecasts.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries; qualify business needs, timing, decision criteria, budget, and next steps.
• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and virtual meetings to develop new contacts and expand the pipeline.
• Manage FlexBDA opportunities from qualification through close, coordinating requirements, design activities, estimates, proposals, and next steps.
• Serve as the central point between Enterprise customers, partners, field and channel sales teams, applications engineering, and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and document project requirements including objectives, timelines, passive-component needs, services scope, and deliverables.
• Run and coordinate project estimations and support the preparation of quotes and proposals.
