Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to support Fiplex Communications from our remote locations in the US. You will engage customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings, coordinating with enterprise teams and design partners to advance FlexBDA projects.

You will qualify inbound demand, perform targeted outreach, prepare estimates, and participate in Sales Incentive Plans. This role emphasizes consultative selling and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level sales experience or related activities.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and CRM-based follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, project-conversion goals, services revenue targets, pipeline goals, and daily activity targets.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads, inquiries, and demand; qualify business needs, timing, budget, and next steps.
• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, virtual meetings to grow qualified pipeline.
• Manage FlexBDA opportunities from qualification through close, coordinating requirements and estimates.
• Serve as central coordinator between Enterprise customers, design partners, field and channel teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and document project requirements including timelines, inputs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project estimations and support preparation of quotes and proposals.
