Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an entry‑level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, manage FlexBDA opportunities, and coordinate estimates, proposals, and next steps.

You’ll collaborate with Enterprise customers, design partners, field sales, and internal teams from our Atlanta HQ or Houston on a remote schedule. You will qualify inbound demand, conduct outbound follow-up, and strive to meet assigned sales targets,

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level sales experience or internships.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota and pipeline targets.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify business needs, timing, and budget.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, revisions, and next steps for FlexBDA opportunities.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between Enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Gather and document complete project requirements and timelines.
• Run and coordinate project estimations and ensure timely, competitive quotes.
