Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, qualify inbound demand, and drive FlexBDA opportunities from inquiry through proposal and close.

You will collaborate with Enterprise customers, design partners, and field teams while coordinating estimates and customer requirements. This role reports to the Director of Sales and offers remote work options from the HQ in Atlanta or

• 1–3 months of entry-level sales experience or internships.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Willingness to learn CRM-based follow-up and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota and pipeline goals.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, qualify needs, and set next steps.
• Conduct outbound follow-up via phone, email, and virtual meetings to grow the qualified pipeline.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, and revisions with internal teams and customers.
