Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking an Inside Sales representative in a remote-capable role based in the Burlington, VT area. The position drives sales through inbound calls, supports upgrade campaigns, and promotes our fiber products to residential and business customers.

You will participate in retention campaigns, assist with website inquiries, and explain VOD/PPV offerings as well as the referral program. Strong verbal and written communication, plus familiarity with Siebel and Microsoft Office, are

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or Inside/Outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.
• Knowledge of Siebel and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in Inside/Outside sales.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls generated through marketing tactics and customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to promote upgrades and additional services.
• Assist retention efforts by contacting subscribers after 6 months or 1 year.
• Respond to website inquiries promptly and contact leads in a timely manner.
• Follow up with new customers after their first week to ensure satisfaction and explain additional services.
• Promote referral program and educate customers on VOD/PPV offerings.
• Sell to MDU customers by phone and face-to-face as needed.
• Support competitive research and assist at events.
• Enter orders and maintain customer database; ensure timely reports and attendance.
