Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking a motivated Inside/Outside sales representative to handle high-volume sales calls, promote services, and support customer retention initiatives. The role involves outbound campaigns, website lead follow-up, and educating customers on bundles like VOD/PPV.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.
• Knowledge of Siebel and Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Minimum of one year's experience in Inside/Outside sales.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Primary duty is to answer sales calls. Calls are generated through all marketing tactics and customers calling in for information.
• Upgrade Campaigns: Makes outbound calls to create more double and triple plays and to assist current subscribers understand the benefits of buying additional services.
• Customer Retention: Help with retention efforts. Contacts subscribers after they have been with the company for 6 months to 1 year to show appreciation and explain value of promotions.
• Website Inquiries: Assists with all website leads and contacts inquiries in a timely manner.
• New Customer Follow-up After 7 Days: Contacts new customers after their 1st week.
• Promote Customer Referral Program: Explain how to use referral program.
• Promote VOD and PPV: Educate customers on product offerings and promote PPV events.
• MDU Sales: Sells products to potential MDU customers via telephone and face-to-face.
• Competitive Research: Assists in research on competitors and promotions.
• Order Data Entry: Inputs orders and maintains customer database.
• Reports for work on time and maintains attendance.
