You will engage with clients, follow scripts, and close deals while maintaining exceptional attendance and a professional demeanor on every call.

You should have strong communication, active listening, and empathy to connect with partners, plus the discipline to self-manage in a remote role.

Qualifications

• This position requires remote work with a permanent residence in one of the specified states.
• Minimum 1 year of total work history or 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Background check within 48 hours and reference checks required.
• Quiet, disruption-free home office environment for professional calls.
• Experience with high-volume sales calls preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or similar call center software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of 20-50 inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Connect, listen, and leave a lasting impression on clients; ensure referenceability of partners.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to ensure consistency and maximize success.
• Build value, update client records, and pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings on every call.
• Close with confidence by addressing objections and delivering strong rebuttals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay updated on product knowledge and campaigns.
• Work autonomously from a home office to handle inbound leads and make outbound calls.
• Seek feedback from leaders and peers to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent client coverage.
