Publishing Concepts is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to engage clients through our sales process with professionalism and efficiency. This remote role requires attending to high-volume calls, following established scripts, and driving closing outcomes while maintaining excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to engage and guide them through the sales process.
• Build value during calls, update client records, and pitch offerings.
• Close with confidence, overcome objections, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
