Publishing Concepts is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to guide clients through our sales process with professionalism. This remote role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to close deals while maintaining excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• This position is remote; you must reside in one of the listed states.
• Minimum 1 year total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check within 48 hours of offer.
• Reference check (3 professional references) required.
• Quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional calls.
• Experience with high-volume sales calls is a plus.
• Knowledge of Zoom, MS Office, Five9 or similar call center software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of 20–50 inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Engage with clients to ensure professional, consistent interactions across Partners.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts; update client records.
• Pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings; light fundraising.
• Close with confidence and handle objections effectively.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay updated on products and campaigns.
• Work autonomously from home; self-directed coaching is required.
• Seek feedback from leaders and peers to improve performance.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to cover client needs.
