Job summary

Publishing Concepts is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to engage clients through inbound and outbound calls from a home office. The role emphasizes following established processes, closing deals, and maintaining excellent attendance.

Applicants should have a HS diploma (or higher) with preferred 4-year degree, remote-work readiness, and the ability to pass background and reference checks. Competitive benefits and a full-time schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Remote position; must reside in AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX or VA.
• Minimum 1 year total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Must complete a background check within 48 hours of offer and provide 3 professional references.
• Must have a quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional call handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of 20–50 inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and maintain professionalism on every call.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Build value, update client records, and pitch branded products on each call; light fundraising.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office and self-direct coaching to meet targets.
