Publishing Concepts, the StoryCause fundraising division, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to guide clients through our sales process with professionalism and efficiency from a remote home office.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, engaging clients, following scripts, and closing deals while updating records and supporting fundraising efforts. Must reside in one of the eligible US states, including VA.

Qualifications

• One year of total work history or a 4-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check within 48 hours of offer.
• Reference check (3 professional references).
• Quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional calls.
• Experience making high-volume sales calls preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or similar call-center software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of 20–50 inbound and outbound calls; make every call count.
• Engage with clients, connect, listen, and leave a lasting impression while representing our Partners.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to ensure consistency and maximize success.
• Build value during calls, update client records, and pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings; light fundraising.
• Close with confidence—tackle objections and deliver strong rebuttals to leave clients impressed.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office; self-directed coaching required.
• Actively seek feedback to improve service quality and address growth areas.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure coverage.
