Publishing Concepts is hiring Inside Sales Associates to work remotely from home in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide clients through our sales processes, and pitch branded products while maintaining compliance and excellent attendance.

We value a sales-focused mindset, strong communication, and resiliency. Qualified candidates must reside in one of the eligible states and pass background and references checks.

Qualifications

• Remote position; must reside in one of: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
• Minimum 1 year total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must complete a background check within 48 hours of offer.
• Must provide three professional references.
• Quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional calls.
• Experience in high-volume sales calls preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or similar call center software.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Engage clients; guide them through our sales process with professionalism.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts for consistency.
• Pitch three branded offerings on every call; light fundraising and donation collection.
• Participate in ongoing coaching; stay updated on product campaigns and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office; self-directed coaching expected.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve service quality and client relations.
