You will follow established scripts, close deals, and promote branded apparel and commemorative books offerings while maintaining excellent attendance and a professional client experience.

You’ll work with minimal supervision, participate in ongoing coaching, and ensure records are up to date as you build strong relationships with PCI’s partners.

Qualifications

• This role requires a remote worker with a quiet home office and a stable internet connection.
• Prior experience in high-volume sales calls is preferred and a professional sales mindset is essential.
• Familiarity with Zoom, MS Office, and call-center software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Engage clients, build relationships, and drive revenue through the sales process.
• Follow established scripts, update records, and pitch branded offerings on every call.
• Participate in coaching and training and work autonomously from a home office.
