Publishing Concepts, LLC, a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to guide clients through our sales process from a home office. You will follow established scripts, build value on every call, and pitch three branded product lines while handling inbound and outbound activity.

Remote work with full-time shifts. Candidates should have at least 1 year sales experience or a 4-year degree, be comfortable with Zoom and Five9, and maintain a quiet home

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume sales calls is preferred.
• Proficient with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or similar call center software.

Responsabilités

• Follow established sales processes and scripts to ensure consistency and maximize success.
• Build value during calls, update client records, and pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings on every call.
• Light fundraising and donation collection.
• Work autonomously from a home office handling inbound leads and outbound calls.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and share best practices to improve performance.
