Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience or product knowledge and a proven ability to provide accurate recommendations.

The role emphasizes cross-referencing part numbers, coordinating with sales and inventory teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Experience in lighting industry is a plus but not required for Hybrid; lighting knowledge required for Remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote opportunities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Foster strong customer relationships and support sales reps.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize CRM P21 IAV report and Excel for project tracking.
• Maintain inventory visibility and assist with future project demands.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
• Produce reports on pipeline status for management.
