Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with ESCO customers and distributors.

Ideal candidates will have lighting industry exposure or a strong customer-service background, with experience using CRM and Excel. A fast-paced, results-driven environment awaits, with hybrid work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience is a plus or strong customer-service background.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Territory Managers to monitor inventory and plan demand.
• Cross-reference part numbers to Keystone products for accurate spec matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize CRM, P21, IAV reports and Excel for project management.
• Maintain project visibility and track status, timelines and delivery.
