Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers and distributors. Ideal candidates have lighting industry experience or a strong willingness to learn and provide accurate product recommendations and cross-reference part numbers.

You will create and manage opportunities in the CRM, analyze sales data, coordinate with Territory Managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
1–2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
Lighting knowledge preferred for Hybrid; required for Remote.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Support Specialist, ESCO Territory Managers and Director to monitor inventory and plan demand.
Cross reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specifications.
Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
Process time-sensitive ESCO purchase orders and support on-time delivery.
Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with ESCO customers.
