Job summary

Keystone Technologies, a national leader in the commercial and industrial lighting industry, is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quotes, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have lighting industry experience or strong product knowledge, proficiency in CRM and Excel, and a proven ability to deliver accurate product recommendations and timely responses to customers and sales reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry knowledge and product knowledge required for remote roles; preferred for hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to monitor inventory and support order fulfillment.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Use CRM, P21, IAV reports, and Excel to manage ESCO and NA projects.
• Maintain project visibility through Excel and CRM for status and timelines.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities and ensure proper closures.
• Process ESCO customer purchase orders and allocate materials.
