Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Customer service excellence and fast response times expected.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to monitor inventory and fulfill orders.
• Cross-reference part numbers to ensure accurate product recommendations.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM tools.
• Support ESCO customers and distributors to drive product demand.
