Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have lighting industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to cross-reference part numbers and deliver accurate product recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge preferred but not required for Hybrid; required for Remote.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; CRM experience beneficial.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Specialist and Territory Managers to monitor inventory and project demands.
• Cross reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility with Excel and CRM tools.
