Job summary

The ESCO Inside Sales Associate at Keystone Technologies Inc supports the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has lighting industry experience or product knowledge, can cross reference part numbers and provide accurate recommendations to customers and sales reps, coordinating with Territory Managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Specialist and Territory Managers to monitor inventory and support project demands.
• Cross reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specifications.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Utilize CRM and Excel to manage ESCO projects and track status.
• Oversee pipeline to ensure timely closure.
