Qualifications

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote opportunities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Cross reference lighting manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Support ESCO team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with ESCO customers to drive product demand.
