Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the sales team by managing quote opportunities, responding to inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships. Experience in lighting products is a plus, and you will cross-reference part numbers and provide accurate recommendations.

The role involves using CRM and Excel to track opportunities, manage orders, and ensure on-time delivery while building long-term relationships with ESCO customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in inside sales or similar role.
• Lighting industry knowledge is a plus for remote work and preferred for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage opportunities in the CRM and cross-reference part numbers to Keystone products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and build long-term relationships with ESCO customers.
• Receive and process ESCO purchase orders and verify inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Sales Operations to support project demands.
