Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an ESCO Inside Sales Associate to support the ESCO Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering strong relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses lighting industry experience and product knowledge, enabling accurate product recommendations, cross reference of part numbers and providing exceptional support to customers and sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Lighting product knowledge preferred for remote; knowledge for hybrid is optional.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Territory Managers to monitor inventory and fulfill orders.
• Cross reference part numbers to ensure accurate specification matching and replacements.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Process ESCO customer purchase orders and support on-time delivery.
• Build relationships with ESCO customers to drive product demand.
