Publishing Concepts (PCI) is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to engage clients through our sales process from a remote home office. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to processes, and a proactive approach to closing deals while maintaining excellent attendance.

Responsibilities include handling 20–50 calls daily, engaging clients, following scripts, and offering branded apparel and commemorative books.

Qualifications

• Remote work in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of 20-50 inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Make every call count and connect, listen, and leave a lasting impression.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts for consistency and success.
• Build value during calls and pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings; light fundraising.
• Close with confidence—tackle objections and deliver strong rebuttals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from your home office and manage inbound leads and outbound calls.
• Actively seek feedback to improve service quality and address growth areas.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality for team coverage.
