Publishing Concepts, LP (PCI) seeks an Inside Sales Associate to engage clients remotely in the US, guiding them through our process with professionalism and efficiency. You will sell three branded offerings and maintain accurate client records.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales experience or a 4-year degree, familiarity with Zoom and MS Office, and a quiet home office. Full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay plus commissions and strong benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume sales calls is a plus.
• Familiarity with Zoom, MS Office, Five9 or similar call center tools.
• Quiet, distraction-free home office environment required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize consistency.
• Build value on every call and update client records; pitch three offerings.
• Handle inbound leads and outbound calls from a remote home office.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve performance.
• Seek feedback from leaders and peers to improve service quality.
