Qualifications

• This position is remote; however, the employee must reside permanently in one of the listed states.
• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Background and reference checks are required.
• Quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Engage clients, follow established sales scripts, and build value on every call.
• Close deals, manage client records, and contribute to fundraising activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office and maintain excellent attendance.
