Publishing Concepts, a leading fundraising and alumni engagement firm, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to drive client conversations from a remote home office. You will guide clients through the sales process with professionalism, hit call targets, and contribute to fundraising campaigns.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, following scripts, and delivering an outstanding client experience across Partners while working full-time from a home-based setup.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Must have a quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional call handling.
• Experience in high-volume sales calls is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (20–50 per day).
• Engage clients, build rapport, and ensure each interaction reflects our Partners well.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success.
• Update client records and pitch branded offerings on every call.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to sharpen product knowledge.
• Work autonomously from a home office managing inbound leads and outbound calls.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve service quality and address growth areas.
• Maintain excellent attendance and schedule discipline to support coverage.
