Publishing Concepts is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through our sales process. This remote role requires strong communication, high-volume calling ability, and a proactive approach to closing deals while maintaining excellent attendance.

You will follow scripts, build value on each call, update records, and pitch our branded apparel and commemorative books offerings. A quiet home workspace and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Remote position; must reside in one of the allowed states (AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA).
• Minimum 1 year total work history or 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Quiet home workspace required for professional calls.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of 20–50 inbound and outbound calls.
• Connect, listen, and leave a lasting impression with clients on every call.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to ensure consistency and success.
• Build value, update client records, and pitch branded apparel and books on every call.
