Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Knowledge of Siebel and Microsoft Office software preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Primary duty is to answer sales calls.
• Upgrade Campaigns: Make outbound calls for double/triple plays.
• Customer Retention: Contact subscribers to foster ongoing value.
• Website Inquiries: Respond to website leads promptly.
• New Customer Follow-up After 7 Days: Check in after first week of service.
• Promote Customer Referral Program: Explain referral benefits.
• Promote VOD and PPV: Educate on product offerings and events.
• MDU Sales: Sell to potential MDU customers via phone and in person.
• Competitive Research: Assist with market/promotions research.
• Order Data Entry: Input orders and maintain customer database.
• Reports for work on time and maintains attendance.
