Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue through high-volume inbound and outbound sales. You will build your own book of business, close new customers, and expand recurring ones, delivering fast, reliable quotes and exceptional service.

You’ll own end-to-end client relationships from quote generation to post-trip follow-up, maintaining CRM accuracy and using Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack in a remote-first environment with a tech hub in Austin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and driving retention.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion rates, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion to capture new business.
• Maintain complete accuracy in quoting and CRM updates using Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools.
