Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a remote-first environment. You will manage hundreds of interactions weekly, close new business, and grow existing accounts while delivering rapid, reliable quotes and superb customer experiences.

You will balance inbound and outbound activities, own your book of business, and collaborate with leadership to refine tactics and maximize revenue across diverse, high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven track record growing a book of business and driving retention.
• Proven success balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting and account development.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analytical and data-driven in guiding activity and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion rates, revenue targets, and account growth.
• Manage high volume inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Create tailored, accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize friction.
• Maintain discipline in call patterns and follow-up for high velocity conversions.
• Build urgency and trust to close decisively with customers.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and turning bookings into ongoing engagements.
• Maintain accurate quotes and CRM data across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite and Slack.
