CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will handle high volumes of inbound demand while pursuing new opportunities, close deals, and grow recurring business across a portfolio of accounts.

You’ll leverage our marketplace technology to generate precise quotes, maintain meticulous CRM records, and collaborate with leadership on performance improvements. This role rewards urgency, decisiveness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Proven success balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting and account development.

Responsabilités

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP’s marketplace tech and maintain CRM discipline.
