Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue in a remote-first role. You will handle a high volume of inbound demand and outbound opportunities, close new customers, and expand recurring ones, managing a portfolio of accounts that rely on you as their CharterUP contact.

You’ll use Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to quote accurately, maintain momentum, and build lasting relationships with clients across the national network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive retention.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with outbound prospecting.
• Ability to navigate multi-contact organizations and identify opportunities.
• Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: revenue targets, conversion, and account growth.
• Manage high-volume inbound leads and outbound expansion to capture new business.
• Create tailored quotes using marketplace tech to minimize friction.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns and timely follow-ups.
• Close deals and drive repeat business with high-value accounts.
• Document activities in CRM and tools with accuracy.
