You will manage a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, close new customers, and expand recurring business, while maintaining precise quoting and CRM documentation. You will work with a team that values urgency, accountability, and data-driven decision making, with a compensation range aligned to performance and market rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business with retention in mind.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed every metric across conversion, revenue targets, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound expansion to capture new business.
• Create tailored, accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace technology to minimize friction in the booking process.
• Maintain quoting accuracy and CRM updates across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.
• Build urgency, rapport, and trust in every interaction to close decisively and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with peers on post-mortems and performance reviews to refine tactics.
