Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner for a remote role, handling inbound and outbound sales to close new business and expand existing accounts. You’ll manage a book of high-value clients, maintain precise quotes, and push for repeat bookings while collaborating with a tight-knit team.

You’ll use Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack to stay organized, hit aggressive targets, and drive revenue growth across a remote-first organization with a hub in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Experience balancing inbound and outbound prospecting in multi-contact orgs.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, and account growth.
• Manage high inbound leads and outbound reactivation.
• Create accurate quotes using proprietary marketplace tech.
• Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and other tools.
• Collaborate with team on post-mortems and performance reviews.
