Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative to advance relationships with educators from a fully remote location in the United States. You will drive new business, exceed quotas, and support ongoing customer needs through consultative, solution-based outreach.

Ideal candidates have outbound sales experience in EC to K–5 education, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience making high volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales.
• Sales success in EC and K–5 education sector preferred.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork, work-from-home capability.
• Able to present to teachers, administrators and directors.
• Coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback.
• Goal oriented with personal drive to improve and succeed.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive site based outreach and market penetration.
• Builds strong relationships with customers via virtual appointments and calls.
• Meets activity targets and sales quotas consistently.
• Engages with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Hosts virtual product presentations to showcase services.
• Researches local, state, and national education trends and funding.
• Partners with sales teams to support educator needs and campaigns.
• Identifies leads and contributes to team initiatives.
