The role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling, achieving quotas, and growing new business through outbound calls and virtual presentations.

The position is fully remote with an outbound-first approach, a collaborative team, and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience making high volume outbound sales calls in inside/outside sales roles.
• Strong track record of sales success within EC and K–5 education sector preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive outreach and market penetration.
• Builds relationships with key customers via virtual meetings and calls.
• Meets activity requirements and contributes to sales quotas.
• Partners with schools and childcare centers to assess needs and opportunities.
• Hosts virtual product presentations of Lakeshore services.
