Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote role. You will focus on forging relationships with educators, grow new business, and exceed sales quotas through high-volume outbound calls and virtual product presentations.

Collaborating with Outside Sales, you’ll reach schools and childcare centers, uncover needs, and promote Complete Classrooms, professional development, and other services.

Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales.
• Familiarity with EC and K–5 education sector and decision-making processes.
• Strong work ethic, team player, and ability to work from home.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Highly coachable with eagerness to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach and penetration.
• Builds partnerships with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Secures new and repeat business via virtual appointments and calls.
• Meets or exceeds activity requirements and sales quotas.
• Hosts virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with services.
