Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with teachers and administrators across the US. The role is fully remote, focusing on outbound outreach, virtual presentations, and growing new business while achieving sales quotas.

Ideal candidates will excel in high-volume calling, possess familiarity with EC/K-5 education, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales.
• Strong track record of sales success in EC and K–5 education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to educators and admins.
• Highly coachable, eager to learn, and self-motivated to hit targets.
• Comfortable working from home with solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive customer outreach and market penetration.
• Builds relationships with key customers via virtual meetings and calls.
• Meets or exceeds activity requirements and sales quotas regularly.
• Partner with schools/childcare centers to assess needs and present solutions.
• Host virtual product presentations and educate on Complete Classrooms and services.
