Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound sales calls.
• Strong track record in EC/K-5 education sales.
• Remote-work capable with strong work ethic.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Coachable with eagerness to learn and take feedback.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation and drive to succeed.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Outlook/Excel).
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach and market penetration.
• Builds strong internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Secures new and repeat business through virtual appointments and calls.
• Meets or exceeds daily activity requirements.
• Partners with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Hosts virtual product presentations for services and solutions.
• Researches local, state, and national education funding trends.
• Works with leadership to refine sales strategies.
• Supports educators with cross-team collaboration for market needs.
• Identifies sales leads and supports campaigns and campaigns.
